Technuf is seeking a skilled and experienced Endpoint / Device Management Lead & HD Integration.

Job Description

The Endpoint Device Management Lead & HD Integration role is responsible for the administration, configuration, security, and lifecycle management of all district-managed endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, and iPadOS platforms. This role serves as the technical lead for Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and ensures seamless integration with Help Desk operations, asset management, and field deployment teams. The position plays a critical role in maintaining secure, accurate, and scalable endpoint environments that support instructional and administrative needs.

  • Administer Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Azure AD (Entra ID) device groups, Autopilot enrollment, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management for endpoints.
  • Perform imaging, device preparation, deployment, and break/fix remediation, with direct integration into Help Desk operations.
  • Work closely with the BPS IT Help Desk for escalations, ticket triage, and Team Dynamix integration.
  • Group Certification: Microsoft Intune MD-102, Jamf Pro 200+, CompTIA A+, Windows 11 MD-100, ITIL v4, ServiceNow/TDX Admin.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and Jamf/Jamf Pro (or equivalent platforms).
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), device objects, and group-based targeting.
  • Experience with endpoint security agents, asset tracking tools, and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to perform device lifecycle management, audits, and cross-platform troubleshooting.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and operational teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
