What we’re looking for

Technuf is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Growth and Business Process.

Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of long-term growth strategies, including new market entry, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform corporate growth plans.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify, assess, and pursue growth initiatives.
  • Assess and reengineer core business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Implement operational excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and standardize workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to identify and resolve bottlenecks or gaps in performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, functional teams, and stakeholders to align corporate growth with operational execution.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives that accompany process and organizational transformations.
  • Utilize data analytics and financial modeling to assess the impact of strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting structures to track project success and process improvement metrics.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong background in change management, Six Sigma/Lean methodologies, and business analytics.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in government contracting or IT services sector.
  • Strong experience with CRM, ERP, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in CostPoint Accounting System and Cognos BI Tool.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong exposure to business process reengineering.
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field is required.
  • Master’s in business administration (MBA) is required.

    Location

    This is an ON-SITE position based in Montgomery County.
