Technuf is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center / Server Administrator (Sr.).

Job Description

The Senior Data Center / Server Administrator is responsible for the design, operation, security, and reliability of the organization’s on-premises and hybrid server infrastructure across multiple data centers or cloud. This role serves as a technical lead for virtualization, storage, operating systems, and core Microsoft infrastructure services, while also supporting automation initiatives, backup and recovery operations, and future cloud integrations.

• Operate and support VMware 8.5, Dell R6625 hosts, Pure Storage, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PKI, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (Servers), and Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.
• Perform patching, backups, Active Directory GPO management, file/print services, and scripting automation.
• Manage Pure Storage platforms, Druva backups, replication, and restore validation.
• Group Certification: VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, PowerShell, Pure Storage PCP, VMCE or equivalent.
• Primary Tools: VMware Console, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft suite of products, Team Dynamix.

Requirements

• Extensive experience administering enterprise data center environments.
• Strong expertise with VMware VCP and Microsoft MCSE.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible.
• Solid understanding of security best practices, backup/recovery, and high-availability architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer infrastructure issues across compute, storage, network, and identity systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
