Technuf is seeking a skilled and experienced utomation & Reporting Specialist.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and other automation tools to streamline endpoint management tasks, reporting, and remediation actions.
• Provide regular reports on device compliance, patch status, application deployment success rates, and overall endpoint security posture.
• Efficiently manage, open, reassign, update, and close service tickets using the TeamDynamix (TDX) system or an equivalent ticketing platform, acting as an escalation point for the BPS Help Desk.
• Group Certification: PowerShell Expert, Python, ITIL v4.
• Primary Tools: Ansible and all other systems as needed.

Requirements

• Certifications: PowerShell Expert, Python, ITIL v4.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Experience generating operational and compliance reports related to endpoint management and security.
• Hands-on experience with TeamDynamix (TDX) or a comparable IT service management (ITSM) ticketing system.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets, priorities, and escalations efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process adherence.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with help desk and technical teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
